Clean the Surface and Apply Primer:
Thoroughly clean the prepared surface from dirt and dust. Apply a suitable primer to the surface and wait for it to dry as recommended by the manufacturer.
Choose and Apply the Appropriate Adhesive:
Select a glue suitable for the floor and usage conditions. We recommend using MARMO VİALLE advised glue
Adhere MARMO VİALLE Products:
Apply adhesive to cover 80% of the surface of the MARMO VİALLE material. Apply the adhesive not to the surface to be bonded, but to the back of the material. Spread the adhesive in a thick layer on the back of the material, then remove the excess using a notched trowel. If the tiles are sized 560×280 mm or larger, you should also apply adhesive to the base surface where the material will be placed.
While adhering the products to the surface, adjust the necessary joint gap. Press and flatten firmly to ensure the product sticks well, but this should be done using a special tool. Try to minimize hand contact with the materials while applying.
Fill the Joints:
Fill the joint gaps with joint filler. Compress the filler into the joints using a joint trowel. When the excess filler is semi-dry, clean it off with a spatula. If the MARMO VİALLE product gets dirty, clean it with a dry sponge or spatula.
Corner Installation:
Cut the MARMO VİALLE product at a 45° angle using an angle grinder or a small saw. Apply adhesive to both the inner side and the cut edge of the product. Install both sides of the corner at the same time. If necessary, fill the gap between MARMO VİALLE products with joint filler in a suitable color.
Refine the Appearance of Joints:
Mix the small particles obtained by rubbing two MARMO VİALLE pieces together with joint filler of the appropriate color and use this mixture to fill the joints.
